Greek Chicken Pot Roast with Buttered Tagliatelle

For a hearty family dinner, do this delicious chicken roast served with alimentary paste alimentary paste. created with sweet red pepper, tomatoes, smoke-dried paprika, black olives and feta cheese, it’s packed with attractive Greek flavors and provides splendidly tender meat that is certain to be precious by all.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cabbage butterfly onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp smoke-dried paprika
  • 3 tbsp contemporary parsley, finely shredded
  • 100ml (3 1/2fl oz) wine
  • 100g (3 1/2oz) faveolate black olives
  • 125g (4oz) cherry tomatoes
  • 2 x 400g tins shredded tomatoes
  • 1 giant British unconfined chicken
    salt and pepper

1-Preheat the kitchen appliance to gas four, 180oC, fan 160oC. Heat 0.5 the oil in a very giant casserole dish on a medium heat. Add the onions and pepper and fry for 5-6 minutes, till softened. Add the garlic, smoke-cured paprika a pair of|and a couple of|and a pair of} tbsp of parsley to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add the wine to the pan and scale back the liquid by 0.5 before stirring within the olives and cherry tomatoes.
